Ghee Production

Sourced from the milk of A2 cows, our ghee is crafted with utmost care and dedication. TGW’s A2 Desi Ghee is produced through the Bilona Method, an ancient technique in which the richness of A2 milk is preserved. In every spoonful of our golden goodness, you will experience the art of ghee-making.

Made from A2 Cow Milk

You may ask, what’s special in A2 Cow Milk? Well, as per various scientific studies, it contains only A2 protein and is devoid of A1 protein. Hence, it is even suitable for lactose-intolerant people. Moreover, it is rich in nutrients and is quite easy to digest.

Processed from Bilona Method

To craft our A2 ghee, we use a traditional craft dating back 3000 years from the Gujarati village of Bilona in Rajasthan. This process begins by gently boiling raw cow milk until it transforms into curd within a traditional clay pot. Our artisans take it a step further by hand-churning the curd, a careful practice that helps retain essential nutrients, giving our ghee its unique richness. The final touch involves skillfully separating the butter, resulting in pure, high-quality A2 ghee that is ready to be enjoyed!
